Peraphan Jittrapirom Dr. tech.

Peraphan (1981) begins his work on Adaptive Policies for Smart City Public Transport as a post-doc researcher at Radboud University, the Netherlands in July 2016. The research is part of the Smart Cities’ Responsive Intelligent Public Transport Systems project (SCRIPTS). He also taught System Dynamics as a guest lecturer. He was trained as a civil engineer at the University of Bristol. He worked as a transport engineer in the UK with leading consultant firms between 2003-2010 before returned to academia. He studied at Vienna University of Technology, Austria and received his PhD in Sustainable transport planning.
His research focuses on sustainable Transport and city planning, System Dynamics, mobility behavior, cycling and walking promotion, and decision-making support tool. He also actively promotes sustainable transport planning through his volunteer works. He is currently running the Urban Mobility Lab workshop in collaboration with Thailand Creative & Design Center
